We offer a wide range of beautiful antique beds, from wooden cabin beds for children to double and single beds that are either wooden, upholstered or caned. Most of our beds oringinate from the nineteenth century and they vary in style from Louis XV with intricate carving and crests to the plainer Louis XVI with straighter lines. Many are painted however we do have some in natural wood.
Antique beds were not made in standard modern sizes so please look carefully at the measurments of each bed. We have indicated what size of mattress will be the best fit for each bed, but this can depend on your requirements so please call to discuss in more detail. We recommend a local mattress supplier who delivers nationwide.
Our beds are very easy to assemble requiring only an allen key and are all supplied with a bespoke pine slatted base. We can arrange re-upholstery in your own fabric at a very reasonable cost.
